Common use of Separate Grievance File Clause in Contracts

Separate Grievance File. All materials concerning a bargaining unit member’s grievance shall be kept in a file separate from the bargaining unit member’s personnel file and shall be available for inspection only by the bargaining unit member, the CSEA Job Representative and those management, supervisory and confidential bargaining unit members directly involved in the grievance procedure.
