Common use of Separate Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Separate Indemnity. Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that Administrative Agent’s rights (and Guarantor’s obligations) under this Guaranty shall be in addition to all of Administrative Agent’s rights (and all of Guarantor’s obligations) under any indemnity agreement or other guaranty related to the Loan and executed and delivered to Administrative Agent by Borrower and/or any Guarantor and any payments made under this Guaranty shall not reduce any obligations and liabilities under any such indemnity agreement or other guaranty. The obligations hereunder shall terminate upon the full repayment of all sums due under the Loan Documents.
