Separate Signatures Sample Clauses
The Separate Signatures clause allows parties to sign copies of the same agreement independently, rather than requiring all signatures on a single physical document. In practice, each party may sign their own copy, and all signed copies together constitute a fully executed agreement. This clause facilitates efficient execution of contracts, especially when parties are in different locations, by removing the logistical barrier of gathering all signatures on one document.
