Separateness Generally. The Company shall, and shall cause EPE to, conduct their respective businesses and operations separate and apart from those of any other Person (including EPCO and its Subsidiaries, other than the Company and EPE, but including EPD and EPGP), except the Company and EPE, in accordance with this Section 2.07.
