Common use of Separation Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Separation Arrangement. Any arrangement that the Consultant: has in place; will put in place; or is required to put in place in accordance with a Statutory Requirement or this Subcontract (including under clause 18.3), for the purpose of preventing, ending, avoiding, mitigating or otherwise managing any Material Change or Defence Strategic Interest Issue or complying with clause 18 and, if clause 19 applies, clause 19.

Separation Arrangement. Any arrangement that the Consultant: has in place; will put in place; or is required to put in place in accordance with a Statutory Requirement or this Subcontract (including under clause 18.3)16.3, for the purpose of preventing, ending, avoiding, mitigating or otherwise managing any Material Change or Defence Strategic Interest Issue or complying with clause 18 14 and, if clause 19 15 applies, clause 1915.
