Any arrangement that the Consultant: has in place; will put in place; or is required to put in place in accordance with a Statutory Requirement or the Panel Conditions (including under clause 16.3), for the purpose of preventing, ending, avoiding, mitigating or otherwise managing any Material Change or Defence Strategic Interest Issue or complying with clause 15.. A category of Services for which Panel Consultants have been appointed to the Panel. The Service Categories for which the Panel Consultant has been appointed to the Panel are specified in the Panel Particulars.
