Common use of Separation from Service for Cause Clause in Contracts

Separation from Service for Cause. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if the Recipient’s service is terminated for Cause (as defined below), all of the Recipient’s rights to exercise the SARs (whether vested or unvested) shall terminate on the date of such Separation from Service.
