Common use of Separation from Service for Cause Clause in Contracts

Separation from Service for Cause. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if the Optionee incurs a Separation from Service for Cause (as defined below), all of the Optionee’s rights to exercise the Option (whether vested or unvested) shall terminate on the date of such Separation from Service.
