Common use of Sequence and Timing of the Work Clause in Contracts

Sequence and Timing of the Work. Contractor has the right but not the duty to determine the sequence and timing of the Work. If Contractor exercises its right, then Contractor may reasonably direct the sequence and timing of the Work as required by the Contract Documents. If Contractor exercises its right under this paragraph, then Contractor may authorize an extension in the Completion Date of this Subcontract or issue a Change Order in accordance with this Subcontract.
