Sequence of Limited Contracts Clause Samples
The Sequence of Limited Contracts clause establishes the order and relationship between multiple contracts that are limited in scope or duration within a broader agreement. It typically outlines how each contract takes effect in relation to others, specifying whether they run consecutively, overlap, or are contingent upon the completion of prior contracts. For example, in a project with several phases, each phase might be governed by a separate limited contract, and this clause would clarify the sequence in which each phase begins and ends. The core function of this clause is to ensure clarity and prevent disputes by defining the precise order and interaction of multiple limited contracts within a larger contractual framework.
