Sequencing Sample Clauses

Sequencing. For the avoidance of doubt, the Board may approve and adopt any matter referred to herein that also requires approval of the Company’s stockholders under the Delaware General Corporation Law prior to the Company obtaining the approval required herein; provided, that the Company may not permit such matter to occur until the approval required herein is obtained.
Sequencing. 1.5.1. Sequence TAB work in conjunction with work by the Contractor. TAB work and milestones shall be incorporated in the General Contractor’s Construction Schedule. 1.5.2. Sequence TAB work to commence after completion of systems. TAB work shall be completed as a prerequisite for Substantial Completion of the Project.
Sequencing. It is expressly understood, agreed and expected that the applicable Closing might be completed before Seller has had an opportunity to present the Satisfaction Documents to the Issuing Bank and thereby receive the Purchase Price from the Issuing Bank, but that nonetheless upon the applicable Closing (i.e., upon satisfaction or express waiver in writing of all the closing conditions as set forth herein) all title and ownership to and in the applicable Shipment Gold (i.e., including the refined gold resulting from refining the 50-100 kilogram sample of Gold selected by Buyer, or the dip samples (as the case may be), and also including the remaining Gold in doré bar or other form and all other minerals contained in the doré) shall automatically transfer to Buyer – and without any requirement for further instrument of transfer on the part of Seller.
Sequencing. As stated in Section 5, it is expressly understood, agreed and expected that the Closing will be completed before Buyer has had an opportunity to wire the Purchase Price to Seller, but that nonetheless upon the applicable Closing all title and ownership to and in the applicable Livestock shall transfer to Buyer.
Sequencing. A. Ensure that products of this section are supplied to affected trades in time to prevent interruption of construction progress.
Sequencing. The Parties will mutually agree on the sequence of the design, construction, and delivery of the Network Sections in the Conduit Network as soon as practicable following the Effective Date, with the goal of reducing the cost to the City of construction while maximizing the number of Servable Addresses. Once agreed upon in writing, the sequence of Network Sections will be memorialized in an amendment to Exhibit B, and may be revised thereafter only if (a) the City can reasonably articulate how such revisions would have a material positive impact on the cost or speed of the City' s construction of the Conduit Network and such revisions are made prior to the delivery of the First Section Design under Section 2.2; or (b) by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Sequencing. Each Assignor hereby consents that all acts contemplated and effected by this Assignment and the Agreement shall be deemed, for all purposes, to be effectuated in the following order: (i) the resignation of Manager as the manager of the Company, (ii) the appointment of ________________ [to be designated by Assignee] as sole manager of the Company, (iii) the assignment of all of the Interests in the Company from all Assignors to Assignee and admission of Assignee as sole Member in the Company, and (iv) the amendment to the Operating Agreement to reflect the foregoing; provided, however, that all of the foregoing shall be deemed to have occurred only upon the conclusion of Closing and the contemporaneous payment of the Consideration by Assignee in cash or immediately available funds.
Sequencing. 1. Do not begin installation of conductors and cables until installation of conduit is complete between outlet, junction and splicing points.
Sequencing. A. Supply anchorage items to be embedded in or attached to other construction without delaying the Work. Provide setting diagrams, templates, instructions, and directions, as required, for installation.
Sequencing. All sequencing will be conducted using standard protocols at UT under the supervision of ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (Partner 14). Whole exome sequencing (▇▇▇) will be performed on 800 HNC cases to facilitate mutation discovery. Partner 14 (UT) has extensive experience in a range of sequencing protocols including using DNA from FFPE tumor samples as proposed to use in the study90, 91. Briefly, after confirmation of all relevant pathology criteria, tissue sections will be sent to UT and checked into the laboratory information management system (LIMS) which allows for a set of robot-driven protocols including DNA extraction, quantification and quality control, library preparation, indexing, and pooling for multiplexed samples. Non strand-specific DNA sequencing libraries will be prepared using the Agilent SureSelect system with custom target enrichment following manufacturer instructions if applicable91. During library preparation, sequence indexes are added so that multiple libraries can be sequenced on the same lane using multiplexed sequencing. Sequencing will be performed using Illumina brand sequencers, currently including the HiSeq2500 and HiSeq4000, or similar platforms as the technology evolves. Currently, UT uses a 100 base paired-end sequencing strategy, which provides ample gene coverage while also making it possible to identify potential gene fusions and alternative gene transcripts. WES, performed on 500 OPC patients for mutation discovery, will have a mean coverage of at least 100x. Targeted sequencing in this manner is fast, reproducible, economical, and has excellent performance characteristics for FFPE samples. Sequencing data analysis pipeline: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ analysis will be driven by a custom pipeline that was developed to power large projects such as the TCGA Genome Characterization Center FOR HNC and the clinical trial LCCC1108, and has been described90, 91. This pipeline will be used to generate somatic variant calls91, 92. Somatic copy number alterations will be identified as previously described91. Any detection of candidate viral RNAs will be further processed to ensure adequate signal above background is available90. Once detected, mutation, structural variation, copy number and viral variation will be annotated and made available via a secure web portal91. Data analysis: Somatic mutations will be classified based on their position as synonymous, missense, splice site, nonsense, frameshift or in frame insertions and deletions (indels). Single nuc...
