Serve You. 2.2.1 LLVision may require you to provide true identity information for real-name authentication according to relevant laws and regulations. Please provide your true identity information via your account. If you provide true identity information via your LLVision account, LLVision will provide you with a variety of ways to provide. You may choose the appropriate way according to your identity attributes. You understand and agree that LLVision has the right to examine whether the information you provide during real-name authentication is true, accurate and valid by itself or by the entrusted third party. 2.2.2 We will collect the following information when you use the service:

  • Utility Bills Copies of all utility bills (gas, electric, water and sewer) relating to the Property for the immediately prior twelve (12) month period.

  • Rate Quotations The Borrower may call the Administrative Agent on or before the date on which a Loan Request is to be delivered to receive an indication of the rates then in effect, but it is acknowledged that such projection shall not be binding on the Administrative Agent or the Lenders nor affect the rate of interest which thereafter is actually in effect when the election is made.

  • LOAN OF GOVERNMENT PROPERTY The parties shall enter into a NASA Form 893, Loan of NASA Equipment, for NASA equipment loaned to Partner.

  • Public Procurement The Parties shall cooperate to develop conditions for open and competitive award of contracts for goods and services in particular through calls for tenders.

  • Reserve Duty A leave of absence will be granted to reservists for training purposes not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year. Employees shall make application on the Leave of Absence Form to the Human Resources Department and shall enclose a copy of their military order. Leaves for training purposes are granted without loss of pay, but employees are encouraged to make arrangements to take these training periods during winter, spring, or summer recess.
