Server farm Sample Clauses

A 'Server farm' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the use, management, or provision of multiple servers grouped together to provide hosting or computing services. Typically, this clause outlines standards for hardware, network connectivity, security protocols, and maintenance obligations for the server infrastructure. For example, it may specify uptime guarantees, data backup procedures, or access controls for the servers. The core function of this clause is to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the server environment, thereby minimizing downtime and protecting data integrity for all parties involved.
