Common use of Server Requirements Clause in Contracts

Server Requirements. Customer is responsible for providing server hardware, server operating system software, workstation hardware, workstation operating system software, network cabling, and connectivity devices, and properly filtered power supply with battery backup, except as was otherwise specified in writing in the Quotation. Customer is responsible for ensuring that trained, competent individuals have assembled and installed the server hardware, server operating system software, workstation hardware, workstation operating system software, network cabling, and connectivity devices and that the aforementioned components have been certified to meet or exceed the appropriate specification standards.
