Service Area Changes. With the written approval of HCA, and upon execution of a formal contract amendment, the Contractor may either expand into an additional service area (an “Area Expansion”) or increase its level of client assignments in a service area if it is already receiving voluntary enrollment, in that service area (an “Area Increase”).
