Service Area, Generally. (A) The Service Area is the specific geographic area within which the Medicaid Eligible Individual must reside to enroll with the Contractor. The Service Area for this Contract is Salt Lake county. (B) The Contractor shall provide adequate assurances and supporting documentation that the Contractor has the capacity to serve the expected enrollment in the Service Area.
