Service as Officer of State or National Association. A leave of absence of up to two (2) years may be granted to any professional employee for the purpose of service as an officer of the State or National Association or on the staff of such body. Upon return from such leave, such employee shall be placed on the same step on the salary schedule as employee would have been had employee taught in the district during such period.

  • Jurisdiction of Organization; Chief Executive Office Such Grantor’s jurisdiction of organization, legal name and organizational identification number, if any, and the location of such Grantor’s chief executive office or sole place of business, in each case as of the date hereof, is specified on Schedule 3 and such Schedule 3 also lists all jurisdictions of incorporation, legal names and locations of such Grantor’s chief executive office or sole place of business for the five years preceding the date hereof.

  • Resignation as Officer or Director Upon a termination of employment for any reason, Executive shall, resign each position (if any) that Executive then holds as an officer or director of the Company and any of its affiliates. Executive’s execution of this Agreement shall be deemed the grant by Executive to the officers of the Company of a limited power of attorney to sign in Executive’s name and on Executive’s behalf any such documentation as may be required to be executed solely for the limited purposes of effectuating such resignations.

  • Grantee’s Notification of Change of Contact Person or Key Personnel The Grantee shall notify in writing their contract manager assigned within ten days of any change to the Grantee's Contact Person or Key Personnel.
