Service Boundaries. Except as provided in a Transition Service Schedule for a specific Service: (i) 3Com shall be required to provide the Services only to the extent and only at the locations such Services are being provided by 3Com for Palm immediately prior to the Effective Date; and (ii) the Services will be available only for purposes of conducting the business of Palm substantially in the manner it was conducted prior to the Effective Date.
