Common use of Service Bulletin and Modification Kits Clause in Contracts

Service Bulletin and Modification Kits. At or upon the return of the Aircraft pursuant to this Section 16, Lessee shall deliver to Lessor, at no cost to Lessor, all service bulletin kits furnished without charge by a manufacturer for installation on the Aircraft which have not been so installed, together with appropriate instructions for installation. In the event such uninstalled kits were purchased or manufactured by Lessee, then Lessor shall have a right to purchase such kits at Lessee's acquisition price for a period of ninety (90) days after return of the Aircraft.
