In the alternative, service of process may be made by postage prepaid registered or recorded delivery air-mail letter transmitted by either party to the other party at the address for notices set forth above for such other party with a duplicate copy sent by postage prepaid registered or recorded delivery air mail letter to the agent appointed by such other party hereunder.
