Common use of Service Capacity Clause in Contracts

Service Capacity. Contains two tables. The first table is a summary of the Service Capacity. It shows the an- swers to the Service Capacity questions. The second table shows the service capacity for each test (allocated according to protocol and type of test). Displays the quality control factor entered for each test. Displays the wastage factor entered for each test. Displays the Lead Time Stock, Buffer Stock, Quantity on Hand, Quantity on Order, Quan- tity Required, Shipment Frequency, and Volume of storage space required per shipment for each test. Displays the Lead Time Stock in months entered for each test. Displays the Buffer Stock in months entered for each test. Displays the Quantity on Hand entered for each test. Displays the Quantity on Order entered for each test. Displays the number of shipments per year entered for each test. Displays the total number of tests required, the number of tests per kit, the number of kits required, the cost per kit, and the total cost required for each test. It also displays the total cost for all the kits, costs for storage and distribution, and costs for customs. Displays the amount of funds required for that use, the funds available, and the percentage of the required funds that are available. It also displays the number of kits required for each test, the required cost for each test, the number of kits of each test that can be pro- cured given the amount of available funding, and the storage and distribution and customs costs for the number of kits that can be procured. Displays a summary of all the parts of the quantification.
