Service Capacity. The Service Provider must ensure that they have the capacity and capability to deliver Services 365 days per year (366 in a leap year). The Service Provider must be able to demonstrate flexibility in deploying Staff across geographical areas and hours of Service at all times. The Service Provider must conduct regular reviews of Staffing levels and resources especially at times of increased demand to include winter pressures, Bank Holidays and school holiday periods.
