The Service Categories clause defines and organizes the different types of services that are covered under an agreement. It typically lists or describes specific groups or classes of services, such as consulting, maintenance, or technical support, to clarify what is included or excluded from the contract. By clearly categorizing services, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the scope of work and ensures both parties have a shared understanding of their obligations.
Service Categories. A Contractor may offer services in an awarded Service Category as set forth below.
Service Categories. The following describes the service categories and expected outputs that are within the scope of work of the Master Agreement. These services are actions that may be utilized throughout the acquisition lifecycle and may be required at any phase.

Service Categories. As of the Effective Date, the Service Categories are:
(a) the Services described in Sections 2 and 4 of Schedule A (Services), as well as those Services described in Sections 2.2(b) and 2.2(d) to the extent related to such Services (collectively the “Remittance Processing Services”); and
(b) the Services described in Sections 3 and 4 of Schedule A (Services), as well as those Services described in Sections 2.2(b) and 2.2(d) to the extent related to such Services (collectively the “Inclearing Services”).
Service Categories. Contractors will need to choose the appropriate commodity code(s) to qualify for this contract. Contractors will select the appropriate code(s) under the Business Details section of the qualification process. The Commonwealth may add additional commodity codes as the need arises. The table below lists the appropriate commodity code and description of each service category. 92120000- ITQ-410 Level 1: Unarmed Guard Guards shall be trained in basic security guard duties and must have attained a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years of age and shall have sufficient knowledge of civil law to conduct prescribed guard service. Must possess an High School Diploma/GED and the ability to read and understand and apply printed rules and detailed orders, ability to meet and deal with the general public. Must be a United States Citizen, be bonded through the contract vendor, possess a valid driver's license for sites that require roaming to operate vehicles and be physically able to conduct their assigned duties. Must speak, read, and write English fluently, possess the ability to communicate effectively, must be able to write clear, accurate detailed reports, maintain tour (shift) logs as required, have the ability to read, understand direction, and apply policies, rules, and detailed orders. Services Include: Provide personnel screening, visitor processing, package screening and controlling/patrolling area(s) while maintaining one’s poise and self-control under stress and be able to intercede when needed in disorderly behavior, accidents and be capable of self-defense to ▇▇▇▇ off a potential attacker or to protect others. Guards may be required to carry batons, cell phones, radio equipment and other equipment while on duty and always carry and/or display company identification, while on State property and must have a working knowledge of intrusion devices, facilities system locations, significance of trouble/fire alarm signal indicators, fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and proper use of the same. Service Categories. There is a per-hour minimum for all services. Hourly rates are billed in 5 (five) minute increments. Client understands that hourly rates are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Service Provider.

(2) At least one (1) year but less than six (6) years of service by September 1.
(3) Six (6) or more years of service by September 1.
Service Categories. 2.1.1 Urgent issues: Any issue deemed urgent should be reported to the Work-Center at 773.834.1414. A work order will be created from the call and a work order number will be assigned. Emergency issues are typically priority 1 but could include services related to programmatic functions or events (see table below).
2.1.2 General or scheduled issues: The requestor should submit a service request to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. A work order will be assigned, and the respective shop or trade will respond within 7 working days. If there are questions as to if the work order is a basic or recharge service, the respective shop or trade group will work with the zone manager to notify the respective stakeholder for funding and scheduling. General or scheduled issues are typically prioritized as priority 3 or priority 4 (see table below).
