Common use of Service Charges Clause in Contracts

Service Charges. (i) The cost of services and utilities procured from outside sources other than services covered by paragraph 3.1(h). Subject to section 5.1 of the Agreement, the cost of consultant services shall not be charged to the Joint Account unless the retaining of the consultant is approved in advance by the Management Committee but if not so charged the cost of such services shall be included as Costs of the Participant retaining such consultant. (ii) Use and service of equipment and facilities furnished by the Operator as provided in section 4.5 of this Appendix I.
