Common use of Service Continuity Clause in Contracts

Service Continuity. Notwithstanding Article 32, upon Termination, the Concessionaire shall comply with and conform to the following Divestment Requirements: (a) submit to the Authority, a plan outlining the handover procedures, training of authority staff and plan for management of human resources (the “Service Continuity Plan”); and (b) the Concessionaire shall continue operation of the Project for a period of 90 (ninety) days from the date of Termination of this Agreement (the “Service Continuity”), and during this period payments shall be made to the Concessionaire, in accordance with Schedule-R.
