Service Contract Act of 1965. This Contract is subject to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇’▇▇▇▇ Service Contract Act of 1965 (SCA) as specified in FAR 22.10 . In accordance with the SCA, the contractor shall pay service employees, employed in the performance of this Contract, no less than the minimum wage and furnish fringe benefits specified by the SCA or applicable Wage Determination.
