Common use of Service Contracts Clause in Contracts

Service Contracts. The firm agrees to provide any existing service contract with the school as an Appendix to this contract. Additionally, the Firm agrees that if the school is desirous to enter into any other service agreement with the Firm, that the Firm will provide that agreement to the Office of the State Auditor for review before execution so that OSA can review for possible impairments of independence. Any violation of this clause is considered breach of contract and can result in contract termination.
