Common use of Service Coordinators Clause in Contracts

Service Coordinators. Each Party will nominate a representative to act as its primary contact with respect to the provision of the Services as contemplated by this Agreement (collectively, the “Service Coordinators”). Unless otherwise agreed, all notices and communications relating to this Agreement other than those day to day communications and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ relating to the actual provision of the Services shall be directed to the Service Coordinators.
