Service Delivery Mechanisms. Contractor acknowledges the State operates in a business environment characterized by constant change, and the performance of Services may require the continued and dynamic setting of priorities based on changing business requirements, transactions and operations from time to time as may be communicated to Contractor by the State (subject to any confidentiality and contractual restrictions by which the State may be bound), at any time and from time to time during the term of this Contract, and necessitated by changes in the Insurance Industry Regulations or otherwise, but in all events subject to amendment of this Contract. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall be deemed to require Contractor to violate any Laws, and if, during the course of the term of this Contract, there is a change in Law that requires modifying, altering, eliminating, diminishing or otherwise making any substantive change to this Contract, the provisions of Section 6 of the Standard State Contract (Amendment), shall control.
Service Delivery Mechanisms. The Service Center shall increase the contribution of the small business sector to the economic development of its service territory, as specified in paragraph 1 of this Attachment. The Service Center shall accomplish this by using a variety of service delivery mechanisms, including satellite locations, traveling counselors or electronic capabilities, when appropriate and by providing in-depth, high quality, one-on-one business consulting, training services, information and referral services, outreach and marketing services, and specialized services to existing and prospective small business owners. These services must result in business growth, expansion, innovation, increased productivity; improved management of small businesses; lead to positive economic impact; and meet the milestones of this Agreement for calendar year 2010.
Service Delivery Mechanisms. 5.4.1. The constituencies agree that: a. Employment opportunities for the poor, vulnerable and marginalised groups should be facilitated and created through an integrated and co-ordinated labour-based approach to government infrastructure delivery and service provision. b. Proposals for public employment programmes provide for a strong role for local government, community organisations, union locals and regions, and local businesses. 5.4.2. Commitments a. Government will: i. Provide for increased service delivery through the improvement of municipal infrastructure, particularly for the poor as elaborated in government's programmes. ii. Continue to increase investment in basic municipal infrastructure throughout the country. iii. Through the National Home Builders Registration Council, commit to capacity building programmes for emerging contractors. b. Local authorities will work with the national SA Building Industries Federation and regional Master Builders' Associations to try and solve the backlogs in planning approvals. c. If appropriate financial mechanisms are established, labour will support the direction of financial resources, including retirement funds, to low-income housing programmes that support the densification and integration of our communities.

  • SERVICE DELIVERABLES You will receive service on the Covered Product as described below: Carry-In: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Covered Product must be shipped or delivered and retrieved by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. In-Home/On-Site: Service will be performed in Your home or on-site as indicated on the Declarations Page of this Agreement, or on Your sales receipt or invoice provided You have fulfilled the following requirements: (1) provide Our authorized technician with accessibility to the Covered Product; (2) provide a non-threatening and safe environment for Our authorized technician; and (3) an adult over the age of 18 must be present for the period of time Our authorized technician is scheduled to provide service and while Our authorized technician is on Your property servicing the Covered Product. In-Home Service will be provided by Our authorized service provider during regular business hours, local time, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Our authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. The Covered Product will be returned upon completion. Additional time and mileage charges for in-home repairs outside of twenty-five (25) contiguous land miles or the normal service radius of Our authorized service center are not covered by this Agreement, and are Your responsibility.

  • Service Delivery Grantee shall: 1. Adhere to the Priority Populations for Treatment Programs as stated in the SUD UM Guidelines. 2. Maintain Daily Capacity Management Report in CMBHS as required in the SUD UM Guidelines. 3. Maintain a Waiting List to track all eligible individuals who have been screened but cannot be admitted to SUD treatment immediately. i. Grantee that has an individual identified as a federal and state priority population on the waiting list shall confirm this in the Daily Capacity Management Report. ii. Grantee shall arrange for appropriate services in another treatment facility or provide access to interim services as indicated within 48 hours when efforts to refer to other appropriate services are exhausted. iii. Grantee shall offer directly or through referral interim services to wait-listed individuals. iv. Establish a wait list that includes priority populations and interim services while awaiting admission to treatment services. v. Develop a mechanism to maintain contact with individuals awaiting admission. 4. If unable to provide admissions to individuals within Priority Populations for Treatment Programs according to SUD UM Guidelines: i. Implement written procedures that address maintaining weekly contact with individuals waiting for admissions as well as what referrals are made when a client cannot be admitted for services immediately. ii. When Grantee cannot admit a client, who is at risk for dangerous for withdrawal, Grantee shall ensure that an emergency medical care provider is notified. iii. Coordinate with an alternate provider for immediate admission. iv. Notify Substance Use Disorder (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇_▇▇▇_▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇) so that assistance can be provided that ensures immediate admission to other appropriate services and proper coordination when appropriate. v. Provide pre-admission service coordination to reduce barriers to treatment, enhance motivation, stabilize life situations, and facilitate engagement in treatment. vi. Adhere to Informed Consent Document for Opioid Use Disorder applicable to the individual as stated in the SUD UM Guidelines. vii. When an individual is placed on the Wait List, Grantee shall document interim services as referrals that provides applicable testing, counseling, and treatment for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), tuberculosis (TB) and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).

  • Service Delivery Requirements The following sections describe in detail the work activity required by this program. All CONTRACTORS will be expected to fulfill the work activity requirements in these areas. A. Staff Requirements & Policies CONTRACTOR shall provide the necessary management and administrative personnel whose expertise will ensure efficient operation of SNEMT services. OoA recognizes that a high quality operation begins with key personnel. Therefore, a minimum level of required staffing is described for the positions and functions described below. 1. Buyer shall be responsible for the installation and operation of adequate safety equipment downstream of the Point of Delivery so as to relieve or control pressure variations within the limits described above that may, for any reason through malfunction of Seller's equipment or otherwise, occur on Buyer's side of the "Delivery Point".

  • Delivery Point The delivery point is the point of delivery of the Power Product to the CAISO Controlled Grid (the “Delivery Point”). Seller shall provide and convey to Buyer the Power Product from the Generating Facility at the Delivery Point. Title to and risk of loss related to the Power Product transfer from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point.
