Common use of Service Disruption Clause in Contracts

Service Disruption. 1In extreme weather conditions, SEPTA may elect to operate restricted service. The Chief Officer - CCT, or his/her designate, shall determine if conditions require a temporary restriction of service. No Contractor may limit scheduled service without prior SEPTA authorization. SEPTA shall provide Contractor annually with a copy of the SEPTA’s CCT Emergency Weather Plan in the RFP. This document (Attachment 17G of the RFP) details both SEPTA’s and the Contractors’ responsibilities.
