Service Environment. 8.1 The Contractor shall at all times comply with all Law, regulation, requirement and Good Practice applicable to it, in relation to the Premises and the Equipment and ensure the Premises and the Equipment: 8.1.1 is suitable for the performance of the Services; 8.1.2 complies with any applicable Law and Good Practice relating to health and safety and is a safe Premises in which to provide the Services; and 8.1.3 is sufficient to enable the Services to be provided at all times and in all respects in accordance with this Agreement. 8.2 The Contractor shall store and use all Equipment strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and any written clarification provided by the manufacturer.
