Service Environment. 1. The Provider shall at all times comply with the Law, Good Clinical Practice and any applicable quality requirement in relation to the Service environment and shall ensure that the Service environment is fit for the purpose of providing the Service and is clean, safe, suitable, sufficient, adequate, functional, accessible and effective.
