Service Guide. Some time prior to the Convention Dates, the Organizer may send a Service Guide to the primary contact listed on the front of this document. The Service Guide will include information integral to participation at the Convention, including but not limited to, additional rules and regulations, official contractor order forms, registration, shipping and drayage, utilities and building services, exhibit display rules, and move-in/move-out schedules. All Artists are expected to review the Service Guide and abide by its terms, rules, and regulations.
