Common use of Service Guide Clause in Contracts

Service Guide. Each Package shipped with FirstMile is subject to the country-of- origin location’s terms and conditions of carriage and the Partner Carrier’s service guide in effect at the time of shipment, which terms are incorporated into this Agreement and Exhibit F. FirstMile reserves the right to modify the pricing applicable to Customer at any time without notice based on changes to the Partner Carrier’s service guide, including a modification of the published transportation rates.
