Service Guidelines. Medical Practice and its Users shall use the Software and any services provided by Modernizing Medicine solely for Medical Practice’s internal business purposes as contemplated by this Agreement and shall not use the Software or any services provided by Modernizing Medicine to: (i) send spam or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited communications; (ii) violate any law, rule or regulation; (iii) transmit through or post on the Software or Modernizing Medicine’s website(s) unlawful, immoral, libelous, tortious, infringing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, or obscene material or material harmful to minors; (iv) transmit material containing software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs; (v) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software or the data contained therein; (vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software, EMA Services, Additional Services, PQRS Services, computer systems or networks used to host or provide access to the Software; or (vii) harass or interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Software or the services provided by Modernizing Medicine. Modernizing Medicine may, without liability or notice to Medical Practice, remove or delete any material stored in the Software that Modernizing Medicine determines, in its sole discretion, violates any of the guidelines set forth in this Agreement. In addition to any other remedies Modernizing Medicine may have, Modernizing Medicine reserves the right to terminate each of the Transaction Documents or terminate any or all of the logins provided to Medical Practice or any User immediately and without notice, if Modernizing Medicine becomes aware or determines that Medical Practice or any User is violating any of the foregoing guidelines. Medical Practice shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy of results produced using the Software and for proper use of any forms provided by Modernizing Medicine. Medical Practice shall be responsible for following proper backup procedures to protect against loss or error resulting from use of any or all of the Software.
Service Guidelines. Faculty who demonstrate documented service at levels commensurate with their rank shall be assigned 2 service credit hours for their annual workload assignment. Faculty who demonstrate documented service at levels below what is commensurate with their rank shall be assigned 1 service credit hours for their annual workload assignment. Faculty who do not demonstrate documented service shall be assigned 0 service credit hours for their annual workload assignment. Faculty who demonstrate documented service that exceeds levels commensurate with their rank may be assigned more than 2 service credit hours for their annual workload assignment, subject to the general guidelines delineated in 13.1.F

Customer shall use the Monkey Software and Support and Maintenance Services solely for Customer’s internal business purposes as contemplated by this ▇▇▇▇ and shall not use the Monkey Software and Support and Maintenance Services to: (a) send spam or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited communications; (b) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users of the Monkey Software and Support and Maintenance Services and/or other customer’s patients without their consent; (c) transmit through or post on the Monkey Software and Support and Maintenance Services unlawful, immoral, libelous, tortious, infringing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, or obscene material or material harmful to minors; (d) transmit material containing software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Monkey Software and Support and Maintenance Services or the data contained therein;

Client shall use the Service solely for its usual business purposes and shall not use the Service to: (a) send spam or any other form of unsolicited messages, other than marketing and promotional messages to Client’s supporters and distribution channel members and prospective supporters and distribution channel members; (b) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users of the Service without their consent; (c) transmit through or post on the Service unlawful, libelous, tortuous, infringing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, or obscene material or material that may be harmful to minors; (d) knowingly transmit material containing software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs; (e) knowingly interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein; (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, computer systems or networks related to the Service; (g) harass or interfere with other authorized user’s use of the Service; (h)
Service Guidelines. Employment professionals will educate and encourage acceptance of these policies throughout their employing institution and by third parties representing their employing organization on campus, and will respond to reports of noncompliance.
Service Guidelines. 2.1. AeroCRS shall maintain the System in conformance with the Technical Requirements Protocol (as defined in the website of AeroCRS (at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇/technicaldoc). In the event the Services provided by AeroCRS include providing a website to the Customer, the Customer acknowledges and confirms that such website does not comply with accessibility AA standard, and the Customer is responsible to comply with the relevant accessibility standards of its website. All other Services under this Agreement shall include bug fixes, system errors, and take all appropriate measures to correct such errors and provide corrections to the System in accordance with the following:
Service Guidelines. Enter. Net will provide the following services as part of this Social Networking/Custom Web Development/Mobile Development Agreement Contract.
a) All Custom developed applications will be submitted by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to the proper content provider(ie. Facebook, Apple iTunes, etc.) and will be subject to review and release by that provider. Time of application availability is dependent upon the third party provider's review and release of the application and/or content.
b) All content/applications/tabs/material/goods("work") will be created by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ in accordance with Facebook's, Apple Inc.'s or any other third party's terms and conditions to which ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ is distributing and are subject to review and approval by such third party.
c) All mobile friendly websites will be created by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and will conform to iPhone standards.
d) Customer agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ is not responsible for any third party changing their policies, changing their service, denying, revoking, or changing the availability of the application or any feature of the application that affects functionality or usage after the time of the release of the application to the third party by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
e) APPLE PUSH NOTIFICATION SERVICE("APNS")- ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ makes no guarantees that the service will work or will be provided by Apple Inc. The customer agrees to abide by the usage provisions outlined by Apple Inc. You also agree that, per ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s guidelines, you will not use the APNS for spamming purposes, and that you will only use the APNS a maximum of two(2) times per twenty-four(24) hour period. Any violations made by the customer may result in immediate termination of the customer's APNS access. ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ reserves the right to revoke APNS access from the customer at any time without notice or refund of monies paid by the customer for any reason.
f) All content, applications, material, goods, and tabs are subject to final review and approval by Facebook, Apple Inc., and any other third party to which ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ is submitting content to. Thus, the time frame for release may vary depending on the third party provider.
g) All work is final once the content/applications/tabs/material/goods has been approved by the customer and submitted to the third party. Any changes after the customers final approval will be considered new work and ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will issue a price quote to the customer, this will also delay the release of the application.

Service Guidelines. Unless otherwise provided in a Service Work Order, Administrator shall provide any Services it is required to provide in a Service Work Order as more fully described below for the Contracts identified in such Work Order:
(a) Administrator shall follow policies, processes, work flows, and procedures (the “Service Guidelines”) required to fulfill its obligations under a Service Work Order with respect to the Contracts processed by Administrator under the applicable Service Work Order in conformity in all material respects with: (i) the Business Rules; (ii) the Administrator Standard Operating Procedures; and (iii) Applicable Laws.
(b) Subject to Administrator’s obligations under Section 5.1 and the provisions of Section 2.2.2, Administrator will not implement material changes to the Service Guidelines that could have a materially adverse impact on any Service prior to consulting with Customer Manager and obtaining his prior written consent regarding such material change.
(c) In the case of any conflict between the Administrator Standard Operating Procedures and the Business Rules, the terms of the Business Rules shall control.
(d) Customer shall cooperate in fulfilling its obligations under any Service Work Order in a manner that does not unreasonably interfere with Administrator’s compliance with Service Guidelines and shall not ask Administrator to ignore the Service Guidelines unless Customer Manager has made such request in writing through the Change Control Procedures. In such event, Administrator shall be relieved from its obligation to follow the Service Guidelines, but only to the extent the variance was requested and implemented through the Change Control Procedures.
(e) The “Business Rules” include:
(i) Customer’s underwriting guidelines that Administrator is to follow;
(ii) Information required to determine the benefits, premium rates, underwriting criteria and claims payment procedures applicable to such coverage under the Contracts, to the extent Administrator is performing such Services with respect to such Contracts under this Agreement;
(iii) Customer’s reinstatement activity standards; and
(iv) Other policies, processes, work flows and interpretations unique to administering the Contracts as may be provided by Customer Manager in writing, signed by Customer Officer.
(f) Any changes to any of the items listed in Section 2.2.1(e) made after the Effective Date, other than those required to conform to Applicable Laws which shall be addressed as ...

Client will use the Service solely as contemplated by this Agreement and will not: (i) submit or transmit material containing software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs to or through the Service or transmit unlawful, immoral, libelous, tortuous, infringing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar or obscene material or material harmful to minors, or collect data regarding others without their consent; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the content, data, or information contained therein; (iii) attempt to gain or permit unauthorized access or access to a third party (including customers or vendors) to the Service, computer systems or networks related to the Service; (iv) disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile any of the Technology (defined below), or attempt to do so; (v) "frame", "mirror", or otherwise embed or incorporate any of the Service or any content, data, or information contained therein (other than Client Data) in any Client or third party system or service; or (vi) access the Service to build a competitive product or service, reproduce features of the Service, or resell the Service.
