Service in Multiple Capacities. Any person or group of persons may serve in more than one fiduciary capacity with respect to the Plan, specifically including service both as Plan Administrator and as a Trustee of the Trust; provided, however, that no person may serve in a fiduciary capacity who is precluded from so serving pursuant to Section 411 of ERISA.
