Service in Other Capacities. Any Trustee, --------------------------- representative, employee or agent of the Trust, including any investment adviser, transfer agent, administrator, distributor, custodian or underwriter for the Trust, may serve in any other capacity on his or its own behalf or on behalf of others, and may engage in other business activities in addition to his or its services on behalf of the Trust, provided that such other -------- activities do not materially interfere with the performance of his or its duties for or on behalf of the Trust.
