Service Interruptions Clause Samples

The Service Interruptions clause defines the rules and procedures that apply when a service is temporarily unavailable or disrupted. Typically, it outlines the circumstances under which interruptions may occur, such as for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues, and may specify notification requirements, response times, or remedies available to affected parties. This clause ensures that both service providers and users understand their rights and obligations during periods of downtime, thereby managing expectations and reducing disputes related to service availability.
