The Contractor shall develop an automated outage notification system that will provide system monitoring capability and outage reporting to the CA 9-1-1 Branch. Outage reporting shall incorporate near real-time monitoring per EXHIBIT 21 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS. A secure login portal shall be made available to the CA 9-1-1 Branch.
