Common use of Service Level Clause in Contracts

Service Level. Gas produced from ▇▇▇▇▇ with wellheads located within the Dedicated Area that flows into a System through a Shipper Installed Asset in accordance with this Section 6.1.2 will be considered Priority 1 Gas as defined in Section 8.1.3.
