Service Media. To keep all Service Media and sanitary and water apparatus serving the Premises or any other property protected from frost and free from obstruction and not to discharge into any of the Service Media and apparatus any refuse, oil, grease or other deleterious material or substance which may be or become a source of danger or injury to the Service Media and apparatus.
