Notices for billing inquiries/disputes or requests for Service Level credits must be submitted to CenturyLink via Customer’s portal at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/business/login/ or via Email at: ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. All other routine operational notices will be provided by Customer to its CenturyLink sales representative.
