Service Objectives. D4.1 The Services will:
a. be relevant to the health, support and care needs of each Resident, recognising their cultural and/or spiritual values, individual preferences and chosen lifestyles;
b. provide a homelike and safe environment for each Resident;
c. facilitate and assist the meeting of each Resident’s social, spiritual, cultural and recreational needs;
d. provide the opportunity for each Resident wherever possible, or the Resident’s family/whānau or nominated representative (if any), to be involved in decisions affecting the Resident’s life; and

This includes information and referral to other services and support. • to deliver Services that are timely, effective and represent good value for money; • do such other things and at such times as the Management Board may set out in the Cambs HIA Business Plan

4.1 Service Standards
Service Objectives. Programming and services delivered by the Service Provider through P2P must address one or more of the following goals/objectives: • Direct service programs which focus on transition to higher education, improved skills level, or employment for individuals on a low income with a goal of income security; or • Direct service programs that promote Social Enterprise and Innovation; or • Direct service programs that demonstrate ways to break the cycle of poverty for children and youth.
Service Objectives. In summary, the services to be provided under this agreement are: • Provision of transport to York Wheels’ service users; • Provision of minibus-based services, including Dial & Ride; • Provision of co-ordination and support for volunteer car based services.

Service Objectives. Vastera and Ford shall mutually agree upon the metrics and service objectives for the Services identified and set forth in Schedule E attached hereto (the "Service Objectives"). Ford may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Vastera if, after the ninety (90) day period following the first Management Team discussion, (i) the Management Team is unable to resolve the issue to both Parties' satisfaction, and (ii) Vastera has not cured the Violation. For purposes of this Section, a Management Team discussion includes any discussion between at least two Management Team representatives from each Party. Both Parties shall use reasonable efforts to cause the first Management Team discussion to occur as promptly as practicable following Ford's notice to Vastera of a Violation.

Service Objectives. 3.1 For the ‘services’ to be fulfilled, the ‘Client’ has to provide to the ‘service provider’ online access of the ‘application software’ so that the ‘service provider’ can utilise this to perform all support and optional training-related tasks. The ‘Client’ needs to provide the ‘service provider’ with Internet access via Virtual Private Network (VPN) to a server where the ‘application server’ is hosted.
3.2 The ‘Client’ shall provide the ‘service provider’ with access to a fully hosted version of the ‘application software’ via a secure, fast and efficient hosting environment.
3.3 The ‘service provider’ is only responsible for installation and configuration of the ‘application software’ and its supporting proprietary software and scripts as required for the ‘services’ to be fulfilled at the initial stage provided the Client has contracted the service provider to provide him/her with the ‘application installation and configuration’ service. This installation and configuration service is only available during the initial training stage and is not provided during the normal course of the provision of this agreement’s ‘application support’.
