SERVICE OF NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS. 29.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided within the Framework Agreement, no notice or other communication from one Party to the other shall have any validity under the Framework Agreement unless made in writing by or on behalf of the Party sending the communication. 29.2 Any notice or other communication which is to be given by either Party to the other shall be given by letter, or by facsimile transmission or electronic mail confirmed by letter. Such letters shall be delivered by hand or sent prepaid by first class post, addressed to the other Party in the manner referred to in Clause 29.3.
