SERVICE OF SUIT. 12.01 It is agreed that in the event the obligations under this Agreement are not performed by the Reinsurer, at the request of the Reinsured, the Reinsurer shall submit to the jurisdiction of any court of competent jurisdiction within the United States and shall comply with all the requirements necessary to give that court jurisdiction.
