Service Operations. 18 a. CONTRACTOR shall have exclusive rights to all 9-1-1 emergency ambulance calls 19 originating in its awarded EOA(s). There are areas on the periphery of the EOA, however, where the 20 nearest 9-1-1 BLS emergency ambulances may be located in an adjacent jurisdiction.
