Service Order Request System Availability. 5.2.1 SBC-13STATE makes available to CLEC an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) application-to- application interface for transmission of Local Service Requests (LSR) as defined by the OBF, consistent with SBC-13STATE Local Service Ordering Requirements (LSOR), and via EDI mapping as defined by TCIF. In ordering and provisioning of Resale services or UNEs, CLEC and SBC- 13STATE will utilize industry guidelines developed by OBF and TCIF EDI to transmit data based upon SBC-13STATE’s Resale service and UNE ordering requirements, dependent on operating region. In addition, Local Number Portability (LNP) will be ordered consistent with the OBF LSR and EDI process.
