Common use of Service Provider’s Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Service Provider’s Representations and Warranties. (a) The Service Providers each make the following representations and warranties for the benefit of the Shipper on the Commencement Date and on the date any Annexure is executed: (i) it has full corporate power and authority to enter into and perform this document and the Annexure; (ii) it will have at all times all the licences and permits required by law to operate the EGP; and (iii) it will operate the EGP with due skill and care. (b) Each of these representations or warranties are separate and do not affect the interpretation of another representations or warranty. (c) The Service Providers do not warrant the level of odourant downstream of the Delivery Point Measuring Equipment.
