Common use of Service Recipients Clause in Contracts

Service Recipients. 2.3.1. Supplier must provide the Services to: 2.3.1.1. Customer; and 2.3.1.2. such other entities as Customer notifies to Supplier from time to time or as set out in a Statement of Work (Service Recipient). 2.3.2. Services provided to Service Recipients are deemed to be Services provided to Customer for the purposes of this Agreement. Customer enters into this Agreement and each Statement of Work on its own behalf and as agent for each Service Recipient. Customer will act in its own right and as the agent of each Service Recipient with respect to the enforcement of any rights and remedies under this Agreement and any Statement of Work.
