Common use of Service Reduction Clause in Contracts

Service Reduction. 47 If the Occupier has failed to make any payment of money owing under this Agreement by the due date for such payment, or has failed to respond to a Notice of Breach within fourteen (14) days, the Corporation may act to reduce, restrict or cease altogether the Trade Waste flow from the Premises until such time as any monies outstanding are paid or the Occupier has appropriately responded to the relevant Notice of Breach.
